"We stayed at Mercure Vienna First 8 years ago and chose it for the same reasons again, and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED. We chose the breakfast included and everyday the staff was friendly, at the breakfast buffet, the front hotel staff, and house keeping. We appreciated their conversations about our day, and the hotel is in a great location to shops, restaurants, transportation and easily walkable to all that Vienna has to offer. "We stayed here for two nights in early November. The hotel is in a great location to explore Neubau and museum quarter. It is within 5-10 min walk of two metro lines. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. "

"Enjoyed the location close to the Museum Quarter. We parked our car in the MQ garage about a 15 minute walk from hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Ringstrasse. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful. Room is small and sink was in the room instead of bathroom. Street noise is loud so had to keep windows closed at night. "

"I had a problem when arriving because i didn’t know there is no street beside the hotel and i had to call them few minutes before arrival to arrange for the luggage porter to be there, besid that my stay was excellent, the room 👍👍👍, the check in and out was fast, restaurant great, friendly and helpful staff most of all the location opposite st sephan cathedral and in the core of the center,in my next visit to vienna i will surely pick the same place. "Great location for visiting Vienna-short walk to the city center, opera, naschmarkt, Hofsburg, etc. The hotel was easy to get into, and the staff were nice upon arrival. The front desk is only staffed during certain hours which makes certain normal operations of a front desk difficult. The A/C in the room was not very functional, and the room never really cooled down. The room didn't have any art or anything but was adequately appointed.
