"A good old style pub with lots of little rooms. Free parking at the back. A few outdoor spaces with tables and chairs. Good sized clean rooms. Breakfast was very good, small choice but great good english breakfast. Only downside was the shower in our room was against the window and due to water running onto the window it was in a poor state as was some of the tiling."

"We found the Fountain a quirky B&B which actually provide breakfast! Our room was a reasonable size with 2 single beds with a view over the fountain. The room was clean and beds comfortable although the stairs up to the room were quite steep and narrow so we left our luggage in the car and only took what was needed for the one night stay. We had trouble with the shower and would rate this as average."

Beverley is a wonderful host and from the moment she greeted us was full of advice, and tips to make our stay more comfortable. The bed was so comfortable I crashed out and didn’t stir at all. "Stayed here for 2 night's in June and loved it, the place is warm and welcoming, the bed was massive and comfy with plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was easy to use and very clean, definitely stay here again. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cooked how you like it, the host was friendly and veey helpful."
