"I liked the pool area and the apartment was clean and spacious. I didn't particularly appreciate facing the street and hearing the traffic. I thought i was getting an apartment with beach access but it would've been a long walk. It was only a six-minute drive but I would've liked that to have been made known in the beginning."

"Condo was as advertised. Short walk down the private boardwalk to the beach. Clean, updated, everything you need. Split unit air conditioners kept up with the heat very well. We enjoyed our stay."

"It was a tight squeeze to get in/out but the bathroom was big enough and the small kitchen was nice. The closet too was good. There was a stone path to the back and lots of outdoor lights. I liked the picnic table. The host has multiple private rooms they book out so you may run into other VRBO customers. The bathroom air freshener was a bit too strong I wish I could turn that off"

"Great location in Neptune beach. Unit is clean and stocked with the basics. Coffee pods were great. A little wear and tear on furniture along with a washer which might need a new belt. Host was responsive when we were checked in. "

"My family stayed here for a week and it was great. Amazing view and only a few steps away from the beach. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a nice stay. It’s not an overly commercialized spot so you have to drive to things but not far at all! I had to contact the owner twice for minor questions and he responded very quickly!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating!! We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and hot tub due to our schedule and the weather, but the area surrounding it was peaceful and relaxing. I wouldn’t consider the one parking spot that’s allotted for guest behind the house as it’s difficult to get to and space is tight. But parking wasn’t an issue as there was always ample street parking in front of the main house. Would definitely stay again."
