"The hotel is clean and well managed. Our room on the 12th floor was quiet. The breakfast buffet was quite good but always very busy with business groups and large tours. We stayed for 3 nights. The last two nights our air conditioning didn’t work properly. The maintenance tried to fix it, said they did, but it was not fixed. We got a fan which helped. But the location was great- loads of restaurants nearby and very safe. All staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. "

"ALL the staff were helpful and friendly. Felt very welcome. The complimentary and generous cafe food (24 hours!) was a lovley surprise. Delicious too. Given an excellent walking tour of historic centre. All wonderful. All much appreciated. "
