"We got stuck in the elevator. It took them 6mins to get us out. There were soft spots in the floor at the foot of the 2nd bed. Everything was clean and tidy. I didn’t like the fact the the trash cans weren’t emptied each day but other than that our stay was fine. "

"I was attending a doggy event in the area and the location was excellent, just minutes away from the venue, so no need to get up so early to get ready. Was very dog friendly. Lots of room to let dogs run, but need to watch out for the ducks and Guinea hens, no fenced yard so dogs need to have good recall if running off leash. Owners had no issues letting the dogs swim in the in-ground pool, which the dogs loved. There was no TV in the room, no WiFi setup and cell reception was almost non...

The owners were friendly and nice, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the setting in the woods was splendid. "A new property right on the river in the historic area of Ashtabula which gives the hotel a really cool retro/modern vibe. A number of restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance and the Sky Bar & Cafe on the top floor look over the river and historic bridge. I stayed in the depths of a cold snap but I’m sure in warmer months there’s lots of activity on the river and along the main drag. Really enjoyed my stay. "
