"Woman working in the lobby was very helpful and friendly. We were given a coupon for a free appetizer at the sports bar/restaurant next door. We walked there and had an excellent meal. The hotel and nearby dining were excellent. A great experience and a good night sleep. "

"Looks like recently renovated/refurbished so nice looking. Bathroom however had no towel bars and no toilet paper holder. shower bar was really high and curtain barely met top edge. Towels were great- large, soft, great at water absorption. Breakfast was good- really like the cinnamon waffle mix! Thank you to 3rd shift Halloween night staff member Reagan who was very understanding of our late arrival turning into a morning arrival after spending the night with my Dad in Hospice. "Pros: Property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good and hot and included eggs, bacon, pastries, waffles, cereal, fruit and orange juice, milk and coffee. Cons: Pillows were small and very hard, very uncomfortable! My husband and I did not sleep well because of this. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons. The service was excellent, and our room was not only clean but also quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was very convenient, with many attractions just a short drive away. To top it off, we were lucky to have perfect weather during our visit, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
