"I didn't like the reception the way she was answering my question. She should be polite when talking to the guest. I asked for a receipt and she was not aware of expedia customer care number, that's ok not to know the number but she was rude while answering the question. My suggestion is to have the customer care number of all the website from where you get the bookings. Else the hotel was amazing. I love it. Coming again."
