"This was a great experience, especially the gentleman who checked us in….however, the lady who checked us out when we needed to get back on the road for a long drive, kept saying she was new and could not help us register our reward points for the night. She even went so far as to suggest we drive to another location in order to get the rewards checked. What in the world? She also acted as if I was keeping her from a call that was more important. Finally, she looked up our phone numbers and fixed it—I hope. This was unacceptable behavior for someone at the front desk on so many levels."
