"Can’t fault our stay. Warm welcome at check in, very quick and easy to find our accommodation. Suite was bright, thoughtfully decorated and very very clean. All the information we needed about the hotel and services was either communicated directly or left in the room for us to read. Complimentary hot drinks, warm room and comfortable bed. "The staff are incredible, always welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located in an old building which has been very well maintained and taken care of, the decor is classic but still modern, the facilities in general are good and the room we stayed in a lot of space and a very comfortable bed. I booked a room for 3 pax with a sofa-bed. We assumed the sofa-bed would be made before we arrived, but it wasn't. There were also only 2 sets of towels, 2 bottles of water, 2 glasses... "Nice place to stay for a weekend getaway very nice and clean only issue for me was that in the mornings around 10am there was a lot of noise by cleaning staff and could be heard inside the room also requested an iron to not be given it until the second time when I had to go to reception to ask for it the facilities within the hotel were great "
