"Helpful staff"

"This is a chic, modernist hotel in the midst of the new part of Lisbon's downtown. The location and style make it such that the hotel bar is a popular after work hours joint for locals. The room is what you see in the pictures, I was surprised the gym had the machines it did, the view from the sauna rocks, and I was also surprised to see they honored my Expedia/Hotels Platinum status (normally only VIP properties do that)."

"The staff was amazing. They were kind and genuinely interested in the guest's needs and background. The in house inventory of drinks were great and extremely affordable. I bought a nice bottle of porte wine for 6 euros! Air conditioning and heating is near new. Shares bath was super clean and just across the hall. Location is walking distance to the best of Lisbon. Will stay there again for sure."
