"Loved Bloom Cottage, stylish and very spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room with view over plunge pool and rocks rising up into surrounding woodland. Peaceful location but hilly! Note it’s not a walk but a steep hike to Pena Palace, allow an additional 20 minutes from the entrance of the Palace if pre booked a timed ticket. Well worth the effort and downhill home!"

We are sad that we did not get to taste Carlos' wines because we were gone long days & nights playing tourist, but they sounded wonderful. "This house is beautiful! The house was depicted exactly as the listing. It was a very large and well stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans etc you need. The garden was beautiful as well with a beautiful pool and lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy. Beds were very comfortable and home was very clean. The only thing was concerned about with the house was the beautiful staircase as I have a 3 years old and an 8 year old. The railing has large gaps so please be mindful if you have small children....
