"My 4th time stayed in this Hotel. The room's is clean and comfortable 👍. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful 🙏. The breakfasts were amazing 😋. Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"For being a 4 star hotel they could have had more updated rooms. Our bedroom AC did not perform as well as the one in the living room. No microwave to reheat your food was disappointing but they were more worried that somebody would damage their rooms. A huge list of replacement cost was in our hotel room. I even heard that they were talking photo of our on an everyday base. Either way got our deposit back with no huge issues accept that we had to wait for them to check it out! I will look for...

"Having landed on the evening of the Earthquake impact, everything was chaotic and they ended up downgrading me to a standard room as the premium room was damaged due to the quake. This room also had cracks and made me really worried being on a high floor. However next day I was upgraded to a suite and that compensated for the 1st night. The breakfast was very good but not much of other services available for a 5 star. "
