"Beautiful property, very helpful staff, the food was delicious and everything was very clean. We had a room with a private pool (not heated) which was great to have such a large private patio space when we wanted downtime. Our 2 kids loved the warm pools and the housekeepers leaving them little treats in the afternoon. The hotel doesn’t cater to families or young kids but it was still an excellent place if you do have kids. It was a short walk to everything we needed while we were on the resort but we had a car rental as we were exploring the area daily that we parked right outside our Chato. There isn’t a gym available, but the resort is lovely for a run. It was so easy to communicate with the staff in WhatsApp I ask questions and order room service. We ordered room service a couple nights, which was delicious. Our favourite was the poke bowl. The breakfast buffet was perfect every morning before we started our day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"We loved are stay! Beautiful property with lots for us and the kids to do right on site. The thermal pools were gorgeous and so fun to try out the different ones with different temperatures. There was even a farm with lots of animals. There was a grumpy horse so watch out for him, but otherwise a lovely experience. Highly recommend!"

"A paradise property within short, easy driving or Uber distance from the main town area of La Fortuna. The property feels like an oasis. It was a great place to walk around or just hang out within between our scheduled activities. Wonderful staff, great free breakfast spread, and a great opportunity to have a hot springs experience without going somewhere else and paying extra. I will book this place again without hesitation if we ever return to La Fortuna."

"This property is huge and magnificent. Photos do not do it justice. Beautiful views. Tons of things for kids to do. The river adventure area is gorgeous. This is like Disney world for kids. A must do if you have younger kids. The main resort area is peaceful and beautiful. Rooms are enormous and brand new. Bathroom is super luxurious. This place was so impressive. "
