"My husband and our 7-year old had about a month long stay at this property. It was lovely. The property was clean, laid out well and spacious. The views were incredible and the neighborhood was so quaint and friendly. There were lots of great food options right near the house as well as things to do. "So many birds and animals to watch in the backyard and across the fence in the wooded area. Saw a wide variety of toucans and other birds, poisonous dart frogs, and iguanas. Wonderful for bird watchers!House was doable for six but a little tight, and we were charged extra for having more than four people. There is no clothes dryer and the small pool has jets but is not heated. But all in all, a delightful stay."

"The property is beautiful with so many different flowers and plants, a creek, small pool and even a cute little farm. The home was clean and well set up with everything we needed to cook and make our family of 4 comfortable. Max helped to arrange our activities like repelling, rafting, zip lining and a hot springs. His recommendations were great, and we really enjoyed adventuring with Maquique. I’d highly recommend! It’s about 15 min from town, so I’d recommend a rental car. We will be back!"

"I stayed with my family in this property from Monday to Friday. I love that is surrounded by trees and is so quiet at night. I also loved the location; it was very close to the town and lots of things to do. Being in the clouds forest we had lots of condensation and sometimes the floor would get wet, nothing a mop wouldn’t fix if you don’t mind. "Cool concept if you want to live in a tiny home for a water. But unfortunately this is not for me. No hot water. Shower sucks. Roof leaks and you will wake up to a puddle of water on your bed. $15 for a single load of laundry. A ton of bugs in the tiny homes "

"My husband and I never wanted to leave. The views of this villa are breathtaking. Santiago was able to help us with settling in quickly. Highly recommended if you have access to a vehicle. Otherwise, it may be difficult for you to reach the villa and/or utilize the hotel below for dining/etc. "

"Very nice place. Can fit a large group. Definately feel you are in the rain forest while having modern amenities. Has everything you need. Close to the hot springs and not far from town. Have to be ok with occasional small lizards and small bugs in the house but that is an authentic rain forest. The italian place near by has good pizza."

"The grounds and views of the volcano were amazing. The villa was spacious and comfortable. We did have a leak after heavy rains and reported it but never heard back. A TV viewable from the couch would be nice and lower priced food options in the snack bar would be good. The hot springs were relaxing. Beautiful property."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Arenal Manoa. The view of the volcano was incredible (even though it rained most days). The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. The hot springs? Phenomenal. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and exactly what I needed to start my day. As a solo traveler, I never felt unsafe, and I didn’t have to worry about walking back to my room after a long day because on-site transportation was always available. My only gripe is that their airport transportation options were pricier than an Uber, which didn’t feel very reasonable. All in all, it was a great experience! "

"The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The landscaping is excellent. The special treat is that one of the staffs shows us the baby sloth and different frog species. We like the buffet breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again."
