"The stay was amazing it was just as the pictures stated, the room was beautiful , the service was amazing they opened the doors for us and they just was so polite, the only thing I did not like was at the checkout the lady that checked me out said out loud that you paid with and 3rd party , right in front of my boyfriend who I brought on a surprise trip from Lorain Ohio , I think that she did not need to say that at all because it was very unprofessional. When a person checks out just let them check out and acknowledge any information will be emailed to you , honestly that passed me off and just about ruined my experience . And just a little dust but other than that it was amazing "

"The room was very clean and the bathroom was well stocked. The breakfast was alright but I don’t expect much of free hotel breakfast. I liked how it was set up though and the eating area was perfect for families. The pool was unfortunately closed due to the storms that came through but it looked nice from what we could tell. The area felt safe which is my number one concern when traveling with family. "
