This is the very first hotel I have stayed at where it says no smoking and I don’t actually smell cigarette or weed smoke. Hotel areas and rooms were nice and clean. I think the bed sheets and pillowcases could be bleached or switch out once they have stains on them. Had a great Valentines weekend there!! Loved the fresh waffles. Thanks to a very pleasant staff. I would stay again and recommend to friends or family.

Nice place to stay.
Check in was very easy and the young man on duty was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We like that this hotel is close to 69 and there are other ways to get around without having to use the main roads.

Clean & reasonably priced option
Quick check-in, pleasant and professional staff. Room was clean and comfortable, within walking distance to restaurants. Only “issue” would be the exterior stairs to go from the second level to the ground floor were shaky and didn’t feel stable.

We checked into our room at 9:30pm. It was FREEZING and took over 4 hours to warm up the air. The floor was so cold, we had to put our shoes back on to use the bathroom. Luckily the beds had warm comforters Overall, the hotel felt more rundown than it should have. The area was not a “bad” area, but for some reason the parking lot felt isolated and unsafe. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The rooms and hotel were great. Staff that we dealt with were receptive and friendly. There were many restaurants to choose from. And it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The only con was that the "breakfast" was cold cereal OR waffles you do yourself. There were no hot foods or other options.
