"We loved this little house. It was in a great location for walking to everything in downtown Blue Ridge. The bed was super comfy. The stairs from the parking pad to the house and from the house to the street were a little more than we expected. It was not easy for someone with a bad knee. The disposing of the garbage was difficult in that we did not see a can outside. The plumbing was also making a squealing sound after the water stopped running. "We take a family trip to the gatlinburg area every year. This was by far the best trip we have taken. The place was exactly as described and very spacious. The view can not be forgotten, it was an amazing place to stay and the property manager was great and sent us plenty of advice and tips to make the stay even better. We will definitely use this property or one of their others on our next trip."

"The ice maker does not work. When told to property the maintenance said there is not water line to it. Had to call maintenance a second time due to the sink leaking. There was no way to clean the grill. The grill was also old and rusted it caught on fire. Cabin could use an AC upgrade as 2 of the rooms was hot due to no AC."

"The stay was ok but I don’t remember the description saying it was over top of their garage. To my understanding it was private but it wasn’t. Nobody bothered us but the description was not fully addressed. The bed was very comfortable but that’s all I was impressed with considering the price. We won’t be staying again. "

"GPS takes you to main (front) entrance which was closed when we arrived so find room and closest parking to elevator was a bit challenging but could have been worse"

"Came for a quick stay. Amazing location. So close to the downtown fun but also conveniently located so that you can skip some of the major traffic areas. Very easy to ride and drive to. Perfect for a small group. Loved that you could bring your fur babies with you and they had a designated space for potty breaks. That has been an issue with places in the past. It’s hard to find good potty places when there is limited grass. Check in was a breeze and we were well prepared ahead of time. Can’t...
