"My stay at Club Hotel Sera was like staying in a palace. I stayed there for 4 nights and it had a regal ambience right from the lobby to the guest rooms. I loved the decor and layout of the hotel. Hotel staff were super attentive and dedicated to guest needs, always smiling, saying hello and finding ways to help.
