The location is excellent, right in the middle of the tourist area. Scores of restaurant options, shopping and historical sites. The rooms was quaint. I recommend the second floor, the rooms a larger and quieter. Staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Fuerzon and Kadir.

Home with nice decoration and good quality. The street is bit busy so might be noisy in peak season. Unfortunately as every ère in turkey the mosque is nearby so no way not to wake up early morning by the muezzin call

The staff were all wonderful; friendly, accommodating, warm, helpful! The hotel is in a really vibrant part of old town Antalya so if you’re looking for quiet, don’t book in Old Town. I changed the location of my room and had peaceful nights the remainder of my days.

My family and I stayed at Casa Franco for a few days and we loved it. It is cozy, and staff is beyond friendly and helpful, we felt safe with our daughter in a separate room from us. The hotel is 10 mins from Mermerli beach, shopping center and a bunch of restaurants right at your door step. Would come back again with my family soon, hopefully next year.

Noisy. Don't stay in the economy room
The economy room in the ground floor is tiny with no windows. The walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations from guests in the rooms upstairs and in the corridor area. We found three dead cockroaches on the floor in the room.

Was not as expected.
They did not keep the room we booked which was a four beds room (we checked in a bit late but i called the hotel to ask if thats ok and they said yes). Instead of giving us an extra room they put a third bed in the room which was not comfortable at all. The receptionist was respectful and helped to find a solution, the rooms were ok, nice decoration and clean.

This was located in the Old Town, parking, driving in that area is very difficult (parking was not possible). You have to park about a 8 minute walk away. But it was a great hotel. Old Town is amazing and there are so many places to eat and shop.

After the first two days I decided to stay another 5 days in the same hotel with friendly and helpful staff like Sedat and Eray and a nice, clean and spacious room, a hotel in the middle of the old town and near the city center and the sea.
