Also a few of waiting to be checked in didn't appreciate that another guest who came after us was able to be checked in because he & his wife don't want to wait in line like the rest of."

"We had an incredible stay at Ladera Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The open-air room concept is absolutely divine. Falling asleep to the sounds of nature and waking up to breathtaking views made the experience feel truly immersive and peaceful. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and the outdoors, incredibly relaxing and unlike any other place we’ve stayed. The excursions offered were all fantastic and well-organized, adding adventure and variety to our days. Whether it was exploring the local area or enjoying the beauty of the island, each activity was memorable and well worth it. The only small downside was that not all guests seemed to respect the tranquil atmosphere. With the open design and proximity of the rooms, noise can sometimes carry, which could affect the serene vibe for those looking to fully unwind. That said, it didn't take away from our overall experience, this is definitely a place we plan to return to. Ladera is a true gem for anyone seeking a luxurious, nature-infused getaway."

"We had an amazing honeymoon. Rohan from the ambassador desk reached out when he found out it was our honeymoon and took great care of us. He upgraded our room and checked on us frequently. He also sent us sushi and wine multiple nights to have while we watched the sunset on our upgraded villa patio. The food was great and it was such an awesome week. We hope to be back! Give Rohan a raise. "

"We spent 5 nights at To Kaye, it was exactly what we hoped for. We were able to relax, take some excursions, see the island. The staff were wonderful, so kind and thoughtful, they made the day even better. We would love to return."

"The staff and this hotel were so nice and friendly. They could not do enough for us. The only thing I was surprised at is that all the dining areas make sure that they have gluten free food but NO SUGAR FREE DESSERTS OR SYRUP for the pancakes for diabetics. I brought it to the attention of a chef named Michael and he said he would look into it. We were there for 10 Days and not one thing was done for the people that are diabetics. We own a timeshare elsewhere and I mentioned it to them also and the next day there was syrup and goodies with the sugar. Shame in coconut bay. It was very windy so the pools were a bit chilly in the morning Overall our 10 day vacation was very pleasant and the food was very good at all the restaurants. I shout out to Starz at the Flip Flop restaurant for lunch. She was so sweet and always made sure we had everything we wanted. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a welcome treat. Thank you for a pleasant vacation."

"I recently stayed at Coco Palm Resort and had a fantastic experience overall. Upon check-in, I was greeted with the infamous rum punch as a welcome drink, and I enjoyed the swim-up room that came with the all-inclusive package. While the breakfast wasn’t to my style, both lunch and dinner were amazing—just check out the videos of the food! I appreciated that I didn’t have to leave the resort unless I wanted to, as everything I needed was on-site. My room was beautiful and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and staff checking in frequently. As a 29-year-old American - Black, I enjoyed a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The manager mentioned that the resort often attracts a British crowd, which might explain the breakfast style, but for me, the peaceful vibe was perfect. I had multiple drinks a day and three satisfying meals each day, making my stay truly comfortable. Although most of the activities I wanted to do were about an hour away, the resort’s proximity to Rodney Bay, shopping malls, a nearby club, and several dining options added extra convenience. I did get bitten by a few mosquitoes—a small reminder that you’re on an island surrounded by nature—but that was easily managed with bug spray (which I wish I had brought). With amenities like a spa, a bank, and prompt, helpful responses to my emails, I truly felt taken care of. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend Coco Palm Resort for a relaxing vacation."

"Facilities were beautiful and well maintained. It was not overcrowded at all, which was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative comment is that many night the only choice for dinner was a buffet, which was an expensive option with kids, even at half price. A la carte menus were only available a few evenings of the week, and choices were limited. We found the best way to get around this with a family of 5 was to order room service. Room service menu was more extensive and included great kids’ menu options (and young kids were in a confined space and could get down from table when eating). And room service was not any more expensive (and much cheaper than buffet dinners). Food was very good though, including a very extensive breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend the Landings and we’d be happy to go back again!"
