We stayed from Dec 27, 2024, until Jan 3, 2025. During the days before new year’s eve, the hotel reported no eggs, no chicken wings, and no French fries available. All around you see Gluten free options displayed on menus and bakery, however but when requested, it was not available. I spend hours with no option to eat ( I have gluten intolerance, bcse this lack of options). Finally, I spoke with drinks food manager, how helped me to get a cucumber sushi, which was done by someone in a very bad mood. The gym was frequently full of membership guest. You can see their login list "membership all the way" Why I traveled overseas to wait for a space in the gym? Why the membership guest has priority over guest? On the New Years eve, the DJ didn’t do a good job, and the staff was so exhausted they became impatient with guests. The management informed the lack of eggs was bcse this time of the year, people use them to prepare a fruit cake ( tradition in their country) and use many eggs. So please triple your order next year to provide something good to your guest. The only hot shower we got was on Jan 2nd when most of the guest are gone. Any other day... was warm temperature. The Island is beautiful, but this hotel NEVE SHOULD HAVE HILTON ON THEIR NAME, we got seduced by Hilton standards, and this is not a match. Choose another hotel if you come to Sta Lucia, again, the natural resources are beautiful.
