The family room was great, though the ladder to get up to the top bunk bed was inconvenient, and the top would only be recommended for older children, as the safety bar would allow a small child to fall through. "Amazing hotel, right opposite the train and metro stations. Excellent location for getting around. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our side of the hotel looked directly onto the train platform, the noise of the trains was manageable and didnt bother us at all. Lots of train references throughout the hotel which was a quirky touch. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely consuder staying here again Thank you so much ❤️ "

"Nice hotel, with easy pay parking. Located walking distance to restaurants, shops and local attractions. Room was larger than I expected. Found the bed too soft but that’s just personal preference. Breakfast was good. Overall good experience."
