The cleanliness and cleaning staff were amazing. Absolutely amazing. I was less thrilled about the lack of access to a washing machine giving Sweden’s lack of laundromats and the exorbitant fees of dry cleaning services.

Really disaster service and the personal it’s not that nice. The girls who works there. They’re very sweet, but the guys is very disaster. And around the hotel in the front of the main entrance everywhere cigarette and trash and the hotel is very old. It should have to be renovated

I stay here often for work , and normally rate it higher, but this time there wrre a few issues. The bathroom waste basket contained someone's discarded knickers - eugh right? - and id book a king size bed and got a twin. They wanted to charge me to check in a couple of hours early - fair enough as they were booked up, but when i asked to stay a couple of extra hours - and pay for this - i was refused!? Maybe this sloppiness was due to being busy, but i think definately have to improve or I'll be staying elsewhere in the future

This is a large, business type hotel. Room was quite nice; a/c worked well enough; breakfast selection was great. We asked for our room to be cleaned on our 2nd day - a Tuesday. Scandic is another chain that has done away with automatic daily room cleaning post-Covid. Shrink-flation in action! Despite our request, the room hadn’t been cleaned when we returned at 16:00. We helped ourselves to fresh towels from a cart and had them send up toilet paper. When we complained to the front desk they claimed the room was still scheduled for cleaning - what had their staff been doing all day? This is also the company which charged us 150SEK, per their co. policy, for an early check-in at 14:30, rather than 16:00. This despite the fact that the room assigned had already been cleaned and was sitting empty. They apparently prefer to have all their new guests standing in line to check-in at 16:00 each day. Sadly, this is our second Scandic Hotel, of 3 on this trip. The first had issues too. Let’s hope the third time is the charm and we actually have a decent experience.

Klasse Hotel in zentraler Lage in direkter Nähe zu Fußgängerzone, Triangeln Mall, und Bahnanschluss. Parkaus in Triangeln Mall mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel ist sehr praktisch. Waren bereits mehrfach hier. IdealerAusgangspunkt um Malmö zu Fuß zu erkunden. Hotel bietet schöne Zimmer und aussergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück.

En natt i Superior
Vi stannade på detta hotell för en natt. Hotellet ligger centralt och allt finns på gångavstånd. Inchekningen är ganska sen från kl. 16:00. Vill man få tillgång till rummet tidigare så måste man betala extra. Parkeringen är under hotellet och kostar 200kr/dygn. Vi bodde i ett mycket stort och bekvämt Superior på 16:e våningen med en vacker utsikt mot staden och även sett Malmös högsta hus Turning Torso. Vi kontaktade receptionen vid ett tillfälle då vi inte hade kaffe och även bara en morgonrock. Det blev fixat med detsamma. Vi änvände både gym och bastun på 20:e våningen. Bastun måste man varma upp ca 30 min. innan man änvänder (om den inte är redan uppvärmd). Frukosten är stor och variationsrik med både varma och kalla rätter. Vi blev överraskade under frukosten då personalen kom in i matsalen utklädda, spelade julmusiken och delade ut någonting till barnen. Det var jättefint! Vi vill ge högsta betyg till personalen i reseptionen samt till alla som lagar mat och jobbar i matsalen samt städerskor. Det är ordning och reda på detta hotell. Vi kände oss välkomna. God Jul och Gott Nytt år till er alla på hotellet Scandic Tringel i Malmö!

God beliggenhed. Skøn udsigt over byen. Ærgerligt at hotellet ikke havde sted til rygere, da man om aftenen skulle igennem ryg-skyer for at komme ind/ud. Toilet lugtede af kloak, ekstra ved brug af toilet.
