"The staff was terrific -- friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful! The room was clean. The comfortable room and the soaking tub were the highlights of the trip, as was the sauna. A room with a view and soaking tub is highly recommended. The rooms and shared spaces are beautiful, warm, and smell very good. "The front desk staff were very kind & accommodating. Alana was always very cheerful and helpful. I was able to check in earlier into the creekside cabin. It was very cute & cozy, and bigger than I expected. The property is very nice. The kids had fun making s'mores in the main hotel, which they do every evening.
