"We had a good stay at Parnell for 3 nights. The apartment is spacious and good for a group as it has three bedrooms all with queen beds. It is close to the centre of the city with both trains and buses five minutes away. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It is on a main road but it is surprisingly very quiet. The owner, Debbie, was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. "

"The place is nice but wrongly advertised. In stayz it said 3 bedroom for 6 adults. But when arrived they weee only 5 bedding. 2 queen and a single. Where is the sixth person going to sleep. He had to check into a motel nearby. When contacted the owner he said, you can see the picture on advertisement, only single. Totally not satisfied with explaining the situation. Then goes quite until I checked out. Please read the before booking and get confirmation. But the place is brand new and very clean...

"Lovely house with a great layout and plenty of space for a big family or group.Unfortunately, there was no hot water or gas for cooking when we arrived, as the gas bottles had run out. While the property manager did attempt to resolve the issue, the earliest possible gas delivery was after midnight. "Small unit but everything you need just take some cooking equipment eg slow cooker or electric frying pan as we did then we had everything we needed than you for a beautiful stay"

The location made it easy to walk to the museum and other local sites. We appreciated the guidebook with lots of recommendations on places to eat. We would highly recommend staying here!"

"Thank you for our wonderful stay. Was perfect for our swimmers and managers. Easy distance to pool. House was lovely and well equipped. Plenty of space. "We arrived to a property that had not been cleaned, dishes in the sink, beds linen had not been changed and dirty washing on the floors of both bedrooms and bathrooms. We contacted the host who immediately rectified this issue by sending a cleaner around within 15 mins. The property itself is in an excellent location with spectacular views. "

"Perfectly located property right across the road from the beach with amazing views. Could watch our teenage kids playing volleyball and basketball all from the comfort of the deck. Kitchen was light on cutlery, but still had all the basics needed which was great. Would definitely book again, thanks for having us!"

"Our initial room aircon was broken and spa function was not working, after contacting room service and getting in touch with the staff in the lobby, we were met with swift service and was moved to a new room which became available the next morning. Besides that, the room was good with a nice view and the staff were very accommodating, even moving our luggage while we were out to the new room. Would recommend and would stay again."
