The staffs from house keeping to doormen are friendly and helpful. Lily is the most courteous, friendly and always provides valuable information and suggestions with our questions. Kathy at the front desk is also very sweet and helpful making our stay especially memorable. "

"This is an excellent hotel with wonderful staff, but with a laid back vibe as one would expect from a resort hotel. It overlooks the river. It was my husbands birthday, and they surprised him with some birthday breakfast pancakes! We hadn’t told them they must have worked it out when we handed our passports over. The attention to detail throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was in a great location and walkable to everything. "

"Spacious rooms and staff was very attentive and welcoming. Whenever there was any issues with the room, they were able to fix it immediately. A nice touch the hotel did was cleaning our room 2 times a day and also giving us some dried fruit snacks. We all had a great time and would come back. "
