"Great location, close to the metro that is just one stop away from Amsterdam Centraal and hotel is right beside the Heineken experience. Within close walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the Albert Cuyp Market. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff, comfy bed and good shower in room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Fantastic warm welcome, offered a glass of fizz as we were checking in. Staff were really helpful and always on hand. Amazing breakfast - with a really wide choice. Waffles and pancakes both lovely and light. Room comfortable with water replaced daily and great coffee available. Our only gripe was not being able to switch the air con off at night unless we took card out by door which then switched everything off but it wasn’t overly noisey (we would have preferred to have had it switched off). "We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Amsterdam Centraal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the onsite restaurant, Carstens, was a fantastic surprise. The chef’s menu was outstanding and truly great value for money. I’d highly recommend it. The spa area was a really nice place to relax, and the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. Overall, we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay in Amsterdam!"
