"Sixteen family members ranging from age two to sixty-eight all enjoyed this home. It's large with three levels (not handicapped accessible except the bottom floor) and a lovely cabin style inside. It has been well loved by the owner's family and has many travel mementos and trophies inside. This gives it a lot of character. It's so large, it's hard to keep everything spotless and dust free, but the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were all clean. The A/C went out while we were there, but the...

"Modern cabin with all the amenities located on a hill overlooking rolling hills and the river. Wide front porch with rocking chairs to sit and admire the views. Very quiet. Owner was very communicative and available to answer questions. This is the perfect VA getaway. 1.5 hours to Dulles, 30 mins to Middleburg, surrounded by farms and country roads. Highly recommend."

"Property was clean. The house had something for everyone. Ping Pong and Cornhole were a hit with the teenagers. The adults enjoyed the deck and watching the sunsets. The welcome sign and snacks were a wonderful touch. The road to the house was rough and steep. I would recommend 4 wheel drive."

"Once again…. a wonderful, peaceful time! We brought our dog with us this time and he had a blast! Toured some wineries and just a short drive for some amazing food. Coffee on the porch and outside fires at night are the best. Already booked next year to come back with friends! "

"The wooded cliffside location overlooking the Shenandoah River was peaceful. The log cabin had a new bedroom/bath addition, wrap around decking and wood and gas fireplaces. The kitchen had all the required utensils. There were a lot of rules and instructions that could be considered helpful. If you're checking in late, bring coffee if you want it in the morning and be prepared to make the bed with the linens provided. A great place for a relaxing weekend or longer stay. "
