"Upon arrival we enjoyed a wonderful greeting and tour from Hayden. The property was everything we were looking for in a getaway stay. All of the staff throughout our stay made us feel very welcome. The dining experience was fantastic. I'm not sure I will ever order duck again unless Chef Dane is in the kitchen and the dining staff for the evening made sure we were taken care of. Thanks again to Michelle for the breakfast prior to our departure. We cant wait to come back !!!"

Relaxing log home on a private mountainside in Rappahannock County, Virginia

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (49)
"Brian, was a wonderful host, whom we had the privilege of meeting in person. He is so kind and generous and made us feel right at home. The house is very well stocked with all essentials and lots of room to move about. What a cool history the property has and it was just so wonderful and relaxing. I couldn't leave the house one day because I had to stay by the fireplace and read some more. Truly one of the best places I have stayed at. Thank you Brian! "

"My wife, son (3yrs), and I stayed at the Angler Cabin for 3days/ 2nights. The description was accurate and cabin was well looked after/ clean. Directions were accurate (Google Maps was able to locate property no problem) and we were well prepared with some food/ drink supplies so we could make sure of the small kitchen. The road leading to the cabin is truly 10-15min of near off-road driving so winter condition could play a huge role in someone's stay by my 4WD truck had no issue. We spend a full...
