"I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"Really good value for money! Very conveniently located with very good public transport links to central London. EV chargers in the car park actually do work once you look for name on the wallbox, not the location on the app (as they don’t exist there). We will certainly use this premises in the future again. Cleanliness in the car park and surroundings of the property was initially not great, however it was cleaned up after a few days, guess it was related to Christmas absences of staff. "

"Great space for a family of four. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, especially the towels. They didn't have the fridge outlet turned on so our food the first day went bad. And the two chairs in the living room were the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. But both those are a little nit-picky. 4.5 stars out of 5 and I would stay again."

"Great spacious two bedroom apartment. Very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly. Tube station less than a 5 minute walk, Bakerloo line. Plenty of supermarkets or takeaways around the apartments if wanting to eat in."

"The apartment itself was good, however staff really unprofessional and unhelpful, no hot water during our stay."

"Our stay was completely wonderful. Easy walk to food or essential needs and easy 10 min walk to the tube. Great access to all areas of London. The staff was very courteous and came each day to freshen the room. I would stay here again!"

"Good location. kept clean. Property is so old it needs improvements. Appliances need replacement. New paint and mending or even replacement of wood trims can add appropriate appearance. from day one in our stay there was lack of heating. This should had been taken care of prior to our arrival"

"This is a wonderful apartment for a get-away in Windsor. On the doorstep of Windsor castle. Adjacent to a walking path to Alexandra Gardens. Great location with lots of food and grocery options. The communication from Chris was excellent and his instructions made getting checked in a breeze."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel

"Direct walking access from the airport is the best part of this hotel. Especially with other airport hotel which needs shuttle bus or taxi just to get to the "airport" hotels. Because we can put our large and heavy luggage at hotel right after the flight, we don't need to carry them in the subway/tubes to the central London. Room were very spacious so we can open 2 or 3 large luggage at same time in the room, which hotels in central London are unable to. Just 1 suggestion for the room is that if there are a refrigerator in the room, that would be great. Breakfast buffet was really nice and tasty, however the menu are the same everyday. If the buffet have 1 or 2 different menu(like pasta or something) then that would be great for the long term guest. But overall, it would be a great place to stay even for the tourist for London."

Night Staff were the best :)

"i only stayed for the night as i had an early flight the next morning forgetting that i had to have something to eat to take my medication completely slipped my mind about breakfast so when i was booking out at 5am i asked if it was possible to get a slice of toast as i couldn't leave in until i got to the airport and the reception couldn't do enough so helpful got a slice of toast and a cup of coffee thank you :)"
