Staff were lovely and room was fine, there was a slight problem with hot water but we received a discount for the inconvenience. Managed a warm shower in the morning. Would stay again."

Hotels in Europe don't seem to believe in top sheets, but give each bed a separate duvet, which we could not use because the room was so hot. We had to ask for top sheets for each bed. Also they don't believe in washcloths in the bathrooms. It was so hot in the room that we had to leave the windows wide open to the public street ( no air conditioning, just fans), so had to listen to noise and have street...
