When I told them I wouldn't be there till 4am they surprised me and said they could make arrangements so I could still stay. The location is beautiful and I will be staying again soon."

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room.
