I recently stayed at the Best Western Cades Cove Inn in Townsend, Tennessee. I was very impressed with the hotel. It was by far the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so peaceful and quiet that I slept very well. Everyone was so friendly. Will stay again.

The room and property were very clean, neat, and well cared for. The staff was always available, helpful and friendly. A very nice place to stay at a fair price. A nice touch were the rockers outside each room allowing you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and view.

Spacious room. Cold refrigerator. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Great pillows and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Personable staff. Easy check in and check out. The only thing that was a HUGE turnoff was the room was over sprayed with Febreeze or some other air freshener. The smell was overpowering and nauseating when first walking into room. Had to leave door open. After the fourth day the smell remained strong when first entering room after being gone all day.
