"My family stayed at Mama Bear's Penthouse over New Year's Eve/Day and rang in the new year here. The condo is just as described, clean, and the kitchen appeared to have everything needed, though we didn't cook while here. There was plenty of comfortable seating for 4 adults: Mom, Dad, 2 college kids. The view from the condo is amazing, and you can see the Ober Gatlinburg ski area to the right when entering the door. "Place was exactly as advertised and the owners/managers were very friendly and responsive when needed. Location was great - close to park entrance, walkable to grocery store, coffee shop, and a couple of restaurants. It is "in town" so no crazy mtn dirt roads to navigate. "

Finding the parking lot to park was a little difficult but once we figures it out, there were no further issues. The apartment was just as pictured and fit everyone great. There were some cobwebs around, but everything else was clean. "We were wowed as soon as we opened the door. Clean, very nicely decorated, spacious, beds are comfortable, it was nice that it was in a gated community, peaceful, quiet,. It was so nice I contacted the host to be able to book again. I also FaceTime my parents and they wanted information to able to book in the future."

"There were little bugs in the living room area in the corners of the ceiling so we didn’t sit in there at all I believe they were lady bugs but they were all over the walls and ceiling "
