"When we checked in, the desk attendant was very nice and accommodating. When we went to breakfast and when we checked out we noticed the new attendant was on her phone constantly and did not make eye contact. Secondly, two landscapers turned on super loud gas blowers outside our window at approximately 7:30 AM and continued until 9. Also, the mini fridge in the room was very loud. "If you have plans to visit Salem, this hotel should be on your list of options. It is centrally located in the middle of everything which makes it so easy to walk to any place you desire for shopping or dining. It was also affordable. The room we had was compact, but had everything we needed. If you don't want to leave to dine, there is a restaurant on site."

"right in the heart of salem, nice restaurant downstairs, a bit of a hike to get to hotel on brick walkway , as the street is closed to cars . room was clean , and cute, would stay again and hope the hot water works in shower this time. it was fine in the morning! "

"Define desk had a lady complaining of the place at bed bugs it didn't I knew she just said it cuz I just come in to check in but I mean the place is very nice is very happy with it but it does need some updating with the couch was ripped the beds were fine no place is nice it's it's one of the hotels that also just need updating and I invest in hotels so let's let's invest in this one"

"Amazing 3 night seat at The Langham. The hotel is perfectly situated in a quieter area of Boston but it’s still really easy to get to the main attractions. The hotel was excellent and the pool and amenities were top class."

"My stay was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Really personalized the experience. Team members remembered my and my friends names. Helpful with directions. Room very clean and comfortable. The gym was great!!! Steam room and pool. Very close to great restaurants and shopping and grocery stores and easy to travel to and from the airport! Thanks you for all you do!"
