"We had such a great time at Waterfront Mansion with hot-tub & Pool by RedAwning and enjoyed our visit to Pocono so much. The house fit our group perfectly. It was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed for flawlessly spending a weekend. So many activities inside of the house! The view is amazing, right on the beautiful lake. It was really pleasant to go kayaking even in November. Evgeny is a great property manager and was very easy to communicate with. Will be glad to come back...

"This house was PERFECT for our girls' trip. The outdoor space was incredible. The porch was perfect with plenty of seating for everyone. The pool was huge and wonderful. The hot tub was a great benefit and we had lots of fun in the game room. I would definitely recommend this place. We were perfectly content spending a long weekend barely leaving the property at all. "House was perfect for a weekend getaway of 8 friends. The deck overlooking the lake is just lovely, living room is big enough for all, huge kitchen/dining space makes it a pleasure to cook together. "An amazing week of tranquility is an understatement this is close enough to fun things like Jim Thorpe and a few nice restaurants we found a lovely ice cream place that was just 4 miles away but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of everything else that we had so much time to enjoy the wide open skies we were there during a meteor shower and Watched this celestial event better than any time in my life we can’t wait to go back and stay again the pool the pool house the landscaping...

"All pictures of property are very dated. House was filthy. Cameras all over property to watch your every move and the Host will call you quickly if you are doing something he doesn’t like. Camera inside the garage. If you like to feel like you are being watched on vacation this is the house for you! Blue painters tape covers up holes in the wall from previous tenants. "We loved our recent stay at fancy poconos caste. The house was just like it was pictured. Very spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed the swim spa, large patio and firepit. The beds were very comfortable. Omaira was extremely helpful and accommodating to any requests we had. We would definitely come back again! "

"Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is...

"The house is good, large living room, 6 separate bedrooms and jacuzzi is a plus. Some appliances did not work properly, but it was very minor. Great communication with host. Overall we had pleasant stay. "

"The property was nice and clean. Accurate to the listing. Lake access with boats was very nice. Would have wished for the management company to be more responsive to requests/concerns that came up during the stay."

"Nick was a superb property manager who was extremely prompt and helpful with his responses. I arrived at 1:40am in the morning after being on the road for 24 hours getting from one destination to the other. We approached the check in desk only to encounter an individual who displayed no qualities in customer service. She was rude and borderline obnoxious. Suffice to say our first impression was not great. The property however was exactly what we expected."
