"I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. "

"Overall the property was fine. Nothing super great or bad. The only specific feedback that I would give: there was only one lock on the door and it could be opened on the keypad from the outside. They need to add a second deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside -- or a chain or something other way to secure the door from inside. I did not feel totally safe having a door that could be unlocked by anyone on the outside with access to the code. Otherwise my stay was fine."

In the apartment the floor left my feet black, towels were stained and shredded and food was left over in the kitchen from prior people. Cleaning crew did a really bad job. Its too bad, I've stayed in Kasa properties monthly for the last 2 years and will likely not be returning after this experience. If these issues were...
