"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

"This comfortable, spacious condo was perfect for our stay in Dallas. The location was excellent—all the shopping we needed was nearby and access to major streets and freeways was easy. The condo complex is in a lovely residential neighborhood. Jen was a great host and check-in was easy. The furniture was clean and comfortable and all the appliances worked perfectly. It was very convenient to have a garage that had direct access to the unit. We highly recommend this condo."

"The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any...

"Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!"
