"We had a wonderful weekend at the house. I was a perfect winter getaway, The house was very clean and comfy. We loved the proximity to all that Ellicottville offers. Our son enjoyed the video games. It as also great the we were able to bring our dog with us. We will be back. "

"My family which included 4 adult couples and 2 children ages 6 & 8 had a wonderful winter weekend with tubing and skiing!! The house was very nice, cozy and spacious. The downstair bedrooms were great for my daughter and her kids. The boys really enjoyed the pinball machine and the electronic game table.It was great being able to eat together at the huge dining room table and the adults enjoyed playing games at night.This house would also be a great summer getaway too. "Beautiful home with an excellent location to Holimont ski resort. Just a few minutes away. A short walk to shopping and restaurants. Open space living and was very comfortable for our party of 9. Will stay again when in town. "

"Perfect location, beautiful view of Lake and the stars!! Clean place, Wi-Fi better than I thought it would be. Only complaint is hot tub. It took 16 hours to get it up to temp from our original check in time. Once up to temp, it was nice, but loses heat after about half hour. It drops 5 degrees then takes about 8 hours to get back up to temp. I know it’s a newer hot tub so I assume host is working out the kinks. Great stay though and good host communication. "
