"We had the best night's sleep in a hotel ever here . The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel itself has a lovely grand entrance. There are some places that looked tired but thats to be expected for a building of its age . It didn't affect our stay in any way. The breakfast options were very good . We will definitely stay again sometime "

"The Parkgate is the perfect place to get away from the world. The service is topnotch and the staff are always incredible and will always welcome you with a warm smile. The room service was aldo great and nothing was too much trouble. We had stayed in the Tower Suite and as always it was stunning, quiet and the perfect place to just quiet the mind. It has to be my most favorite room, not only because it's beautiful but it feels like a quiet secret getaway. Always a pleasure. "

"The Cardiff Marriott hotel is a lovely hotel in a great position and with a secure car park. It also has an onsite restaurant, which served a delicious breakfast. However, the price of the drinks shocked us as we were charged £14 for one glass of white wine! The room was good although exceptionally warm with a very loud fan, which we couldn’t leave on during the night due to the noise from it. We could also have done with some more shelves to put clothes, toiletries, etc on. And final slight...

"It’s my first time been to Wales and we stayed for 2 nights. Overall it’s quite good, nice staff and room is cleaned. We try to setup the air conditioning for lower temperatures as we felt a bit hot in the room. Unfortunately, it’s central conditioning. Rooms is a bit hot for the kids."
