"My place wasn’t fully cleaned. Upon entering the room, I could already see lots of dust and hair from a previous tenant stay. TV doesn’t turn on, not all lights in the room were functioning, and it would be convenient for the traveller if they provided a power adapter for non-HK residents. This might be a picky detail, I feel that customer service’s voice tone could be a bit more enthusiastic and needs work. Emotionless whenever I called service desk!"
