"Room was great. Breakfast was very expensive and when I went to pay they claimed it didn’t and then followed me around. Finally I called my bank and I did pay and they finally said yes. It was unprofessional. We went by the pool and they said we couldn’t go around and had to walk to a rain waterfall and my phone got wet and is acting up now. "Stayed here for 4 nights. You are greeted by staff to assist you with your bags right away. The whole arrival procedure was great! On day 2, I stepped out later than usual, and set my room to be cleaned, came back within 2 hours to everything cleaned. Thank you for being so responsive! Will look forward to staying here again in the future! "

"The accommodation itself was fantastic. Spacious room and spacious bath with a great vibe overall. Very comfortable bed. Great view of the harbour. Close proximity to the metro and several shops. The area felt very safe. The only pitfall I thought was that the quality of breakfast was below average for a hotel like this. The choice was very limited, yet priced far more than it's actual worth in my opinion. The staff were very helpful, I must add."

"Exceptionally clean with basic amenities and free teabags. 12-min walk to the bus station that connects to Tung Chung Station. Host provided detailed instructions for arrival and sightseeing options. didn't explore since my partner couldn't come to Hong Kong due to his mum having succumbed. just passed the free cancellation period. advise choosing 'pay at hotel' if needed."

"The room was spacious with a nice city view. We got a suite on floor 21 and were only ones on the floor and didn't experience any disturbance from other guests. The bed was a bit hard. Thats our knlt negative thing to say. The hotel is located in a great location and walkable."

"The hotel room is spacious and the staff are so friendly. Just the hotel location is quite far from the city centre. The free shuttle bus is ok but it's always full during weekend. My father is a bit strong but the transfer bus is not as quite tidy for him."

"The first night. Was not a good time for me? And I reviewed it. The staff was very good. I attempted to change hotels, decided against it. Because I had booked the room through a travel agent and it was going to be more hassle than it was worth. The big silver lining to this whole experience is leaving today, I can report that all the things that we're of issues we're addressed by the hotel. The staff went through extraordinary efforts trying to contact me to make sure things we're taken care of. I did not get back till later in the evening and I had not talked with them but found that indeed everything had been taken care of including a new refrigerator. I am peased to say, out loud, for anyone who will listen, that, it's because of the staff, I would would rate it a six star hotel just from their effort. Mr. M... & Ms. J… made it all happen. Now I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is large and has accommodated travelers for decades. The issues I experienced happen every where, the energy put into making them right; however, other properties are unlikely, IMHO, be hard pressed to perform at the level of the team at this hotel. Yes. They won me over. I shall stay here again on my way through Hong Kong. "
