"Arrived late at night,check in was great and easy to park outside.Received a phone call from hotel to say the motorway was being closed the evening we were arriving which we greatly appreciated.Room was clean if a little dated but was perfect for our overnight stop and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"Tewkesbury Hotel has a great location with beautiful views, and there are a few nice trails nearby that you can access from the golf course. Breakfast was fantastic, but the main menu was a bit hit or miss. The bar was okay — good wine selection, including some great British wines, but it was a shame there weren’t any premium spirits. The room we ended up with was really nice, though we had some issues with the first one. Thankfully, the staff sorted it quickly and we were happy with how it was handled. The team there is professional and the place seems well run overall. The spa was decent — nothing special. The showers could’ve been cleaner, but the rest was alright."

"A lovely welcoming and friendly hotel. Reception was excellent and the hotel set it beautiful grounds with abundant wildlife wandering around the onsite golf course. The spa facilities and gym were well up to date and not crowded on our visit. The breakfast was outstanding and we ate in the bar lounge in the evening with a more than adequate menu. All in all a very chilled and relaxing stay. "

"The room was exceptionally clean, every you could possible need was thought of,, However the food wasn’t quite so good,, the first night my fish was excellent, but my chips uncooked and peas hard,, the cheesecake was very heavy and tasteless,,, Breakfast the next morning was mostly cold,, cold beans, cold mushroom and hardly cooked tomato,,the bacon had futty undercooked rind,,, but the service was second to none by the waiting staff "

"This is a historic hotel with history back to the 11th century right next to the cathedral in the centre of Hereford. Great atmosphere. "

"Frim the moment we arrived this hotel did not disappointed our expectations. The staff were professional, welcoming and extremely helpful - they could not do enough for us to help ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were a large family group, 3 rooms, travelling with a baby as well as an older grandparent. Staff went out of their way to help us even washing the babies clothes when she had been sick! They made us feel at home and very welcome which made us very relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel itself is freshly decorated, spotlessly clean and has many social areas around the bar area that we could sit and enjoy our time together. Bar staff were friendly and offered a good selection of drinks for the grown ups. Kids menu offers good value to feed lots of children! The pool was fab fluffy white towels provided and a hot jacuzzi and sauna to top it off. We enjoyed a relaxed breakfast with a wide choice and selection of hot/cold tasty food. The chef even came out and offered our little dog a treat for his breakfast (so kind and thoughtful.) I genuinely can not find any area for improvement for the hotel or that could have bern better with our stay. We will be using this hotel every year for our family catch up.
