We received conflicting information about the cost and availability of some services. For example, some of us were told that there was no facility to store luggage, others had their luggage stored without a problem. "

"We had a two night stay. The hotel could do with some revamping, as some areas were looking a bit tired. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and seemed to like working there. A great breakfast menu with food cooked to order, which was excellent. Dinner very good and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Our room was basic but comfortable and clean."
