"The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip."

"Comfortable and quiet room. Well appointed. Staff are always nice here. The food menu I find a bit limited and not great value. A bit reliant on the fryer. The location is good - great for RMAS. The really great feature is the lovely pool. "

"A lovely place to stay and very central. Friendly staff and a convenient location. Lovely cooked breakfast. The shower was a bit dated and there were no radiators but there was an electrical radiator. The room itself was of good quality. Would definately stay here again."

"Good for the cost though seemed slightly understaffed over the Christmas period perhaps. Gym and pool area decent, nice staff across site. Needs a little spruce up of exterior and recycling bins as an improvement. "

"put my mum in here for xmas break while visiting family. I was wanting a ground floor room for accessibility. All communication was good pre arrival and our requests were granted. From what I could see it is a lovely hotel and Mum was very happy. All staff were very pleasant"

"What I liked best about this property were the reception staff, both the person that checked us in and the person that checked us out were delightful. In particular the person checking us in was wonderful, we were having such a bad journey resulting in the hotel booking as an unplanned expense and she cheered me right up. Breakfast was pretty good too, plenty of options. The room was spacious and comfortable. "

"A very comfortable pleasant hotel, we went for the tennis courts, the staff and facilities were very good, a room fridge would have been nice, and a later breakfast finish on weekdays would have meant we didn't go hungry on Monday morning."

"We had a very pleasant stay at The Elvetham Hotel. The historic architecture and beautifully maintained, expansive grounds created a tranquil and charming atmosphere. The family room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. While there were a few minor quirks in the bathroom, they didn’t detract from the overall experience. The warm and welcoming staff further enhanced the sense of ease and relaxation. Overall, The Elvetham is a delightful choice for a peaceful getaway...

"Lovely family room with great shower. The bed was very big but a little too firm for me and my partner. We relaxed in the Coppa club and found it to be very relaxing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was tasty at both dinner and breakfast. "
