"This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. I attended an event this time and everything was perfect. From the atmosphere to the food all amazing. Staff were lovely, shout out the Rebekah who organised the event, she was amazing. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and makes it hard to leave. Will definitely stay again. "

"We used this hotel while walking the nearby Kennet & Avon Canal path. Friendly welcome. The room was spacious; the bed amazingly comfortable. Despite facing a main road, there was no road noise whatsoever due to the efficient triple glazing. A fridge would have been handy, but not a biggie. Room and bathroom very clean. Evening dinner and breakfast very good - tasty and fairly priced. Overall excellent value and would happily recommend and would use again if in the area."

"Pleasant stay which would have got 5 stars save for some services issues. That said a one night stay in a standard room with breakfast and ample free parking, a 5 minute stroll to the river gives good value for just under £100. Additionally we added an evening meal and the food was good with a decent wine list. "

"My stay was for one night as i was travelling from the Midlands to do a cycling sportive at The New Forest the following day, with an early start. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room had just been decorated and the only issue was the showerhead could have done with either a good scrub or changing. All in all a pleasant stay couldn't hesitate booking again."
