"There's no one at the spot; you have to reply on the telephone number they provided. The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed. "

"We couldn’t ask for a better stay. Julia welcomed us, a family of four with two teenagers, warmly and provided all the details, including a full list of all the good eateries in the area. With its location, fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable beds and the coziness of the surrounding area, we definitely felt at home. The transportation was super easy with the efficient bus, train and tram system."

"The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. I used the pool, as yet unheated, for invigorating cold water dips, thawing out in a lovely, hot roll-top bath after with a view of the trees. Plentiful dog...

"We had a great family meetup at this great property. Location was superb - we hired a boat one day and was great to be able to moor up at the property. Property manager and owner were both great as very responsive to questions and requests including sorting the local for the riverside gate so my elderly parents could get off the boat and back into the property without climbing over! Thank you for a great stay!"

"For my personal needs it was further away from London city Centre than I would have liked, but that’s not the fault of the property. Otherwise great! Very safe and quiet, adorable neighborhood that made me feel like I was in a true English village. No A/C, but multiple fans provided. Utilized the laundry availability. I also accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind and they were nice enough to keep watch for it, find it for me, give me a call and hold it for a friend to pick up. "
