"We would definitely come again. The property was loaded with games and toys for the kids. We enjoyed sitting out by the bonfire and also the sauna. It was fully stocked with any kind of small appliances, spices, dishes and accessories you would need. We had a fairly large group and had plenty of space for all of us. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, catching frogs and watching for otters swimming in the water. It really was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!"

"We had a lovely stay at Caribou Cove! Enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks, fire pit, and game selection. It was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped with what we needed to make some simple dinners together. It was super convenient to take a day trip up the shore and over to Duluth as well. "

"This is a really nice, smaller lake not far from Duluth and the north shore. Great amenities, like fire pits, saunas, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. The hosts were probably 2 of the best hosts we have ever had anywhere in the world. Very high praise!"

It’s nestled in a beautiful, private, wooded area, providing the perfect escape from everyday life while still being close enough to local activities for an easy drive. The peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway, yet we were only a short trip from all of the great experiences of Duluth. One of the highlights of our trip was fly fishing in the river just down the road – such a serene and enjoyable experience. And to top it all off, we even caught a glimpse of the Northern Lights, which was absolutely magical! The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel welcomed and have everything they need for a wonderful stay. From the cozy accommodations, comfortable beds, to the thoughtful touches throughout the property, it was clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Surrounded by green trees and carefully chosen plantings with a delightful deck, and a little pond, this place is idyllic. The interior is idiosyncratic, but memorable and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. It was one small problem concerning the coffee maker, but the owners responded quickly and helpful."
