"We couldn't be happier with this oasis in the wilderness. We came to birdwatch in the Sax-Zim Bog, but saw plenty of species at the feeders next to the yurt. Megan communicated clearly at every step of the process so we knew what to expect and had all of the comforts possible - including a heater in the outhouse! Do yourself a favor: leave your phone off and stay for a week."

The hot tub works great (hot enough even in single digit outside temps) and is the cleanest we've seen at a rental. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, and everything you need is right here. "

"2 of my friends and I booked a stay here for a weekend. We spent some time in Duluth but also spent a lot of time in this home. It was comfortable, private, relaxing, quiet, and beautiful!!!! The fireplace and massage chair were an amazing touch (we didn't use the sauna since we got tattoos but love that we had the option to do so!!!). If you're looking for a place to get away and have a natural surrounding while still being very close to things, this is a great space to check out. I would definitely book here again!"
