"Very good hotel for affordable prices "

"The staff was amazing. The front desk was very helpful, booked a private boat on Lake Como, then called the next morning to find out more info for us. The room was very nice and clean. The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive, and the food was really good. I would definitely stay here again! Great location and right next to the lake."

"This hotel is very easy to get to using the S4 train. The train platform is a 3 minute walk! You could walk out further about 15 minutes yo find a tram, bus or metro. There were no little stores close to the hotel but you could have a buffet breakfast for 15 euros and dinner started at 7 pm. There is a nice lounge bar and patio, too. As Canadians we found the drink prices high because ofvour exchange. Iverall excellent service from all the staff. They speak english very well, too."

"The only complaint about this hotel, and this might be my imagination, but it seemed to be difficult for taxis to get to it. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. I’d stay here again"

"We had a great experience at Barchetta Excelsior Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect. Room had an amazing view, great condition, very clean and the breakfast was great. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We will definitely come back."
